We’re quite a ways behind on our Wisconsin news, but reader bcunniff13 submitted this one back in August of last year–employees at McDonalds in Marshfield, Wisconsin (86.3 miles to Wisconsin Dells) were given quite the shock when they spotted a whole cow in the back seat of a car going through the drive thru.

Perhaps even more shocking was that this happened at 1pm, not 1am–so it’s at least less likely that the driver was drinking at the time.

The shocked employee that posted a video on Facebook found out that the man driving the car–first name Bernie–had bought the cow (actually three cows–she didn’t initially see the other two in the back seat) at a fair, and was on his way home–and decided that he needed to grab a bite.

No word on whether he ordered a salad or a Big Mac…there’s also got to be a joke in there somewhere about it being the first time anything related to a cow was actually at the restaurant.
